Cancellation & rescheduling

Project-specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by the written estimate, invoice or agreement.

Deposit or payment is required before ordering material and booking installation. Once material is ordered and installation is booked, cancellation or modification may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Rescheduling may be subject to availability, material status, crew scheduling, storage, handling and project terms.

Victorious does not publish fixed rescheduling or cancellation fees unless they are included in your written estimate or agreement.
