We are interested in wall-to-wall carpet installation, custom stair runners, carpet repairs and hard-surface flooring skills.

Flooring skills we are looking for
Custom stair runner specialists
Experience fitting custom carpet runners on straight stairs, winders and landings. We welcome installers familiar with tailored layouts, pattern alignment and different runner installation methods suited to the design and staircase.
Carpet repairs & re-stretching
Skills in carpet patching, seam repairs, re-stretching and edge or transition repairs. We value an installer who can assess existing conditions and explain what a repair can reasonably achieve.
Laminate, engineered hardwood & vinyl plank
Experience installing laminate flooring, engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl plank or tile (LVP/LVT). Tell us which products and installation methods you work with, including transitions, trims and finishing details.
Floor preparation, patching & self-leveling
Experience assessing subfloors and carrying out skim-coat patching, localised repairs and self-leveling preparation. Careful product selection and following the applicable preparation instructions are important parts of this work.
Shop-at-Home sales & product guidance
We also welcome enquiries from people with flooring retail or Shop-at-Home experience. Useful skills include explaining product choices, understanding installation basics and helping customers make practical decisions.
