To make an informed decision that meets all of your expectations, we strongly suggest that you see carpet samples in your own décor and lighting conditions. But is that all there is to it? If it were an area rug, sure. You could have it rolled up at the store, bring it home, and unroll it in your living room, and if you did not like it, it would be easy to return and exchange. What About the Installation Process?

We are an established carpet installation company in Toronto, trusted since 2001, and references are available upon request. Having your carpet installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications is very important. We always follow CRI’s Carpet Installation Standards 2011 (the combined standard, which replaces CRI’s 104 and 105 installation standards). We also provide an on-site job inspection to make sure everything is ready for proper installation, and during that inspection we will let you know what needs to be improved and why.

FREE “ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE SERVICE COVERAGE”

We cover and repair accidental damage caused by the customer. We want to make sure you enjoy your new floor, whatever the reason; nothing should stand between you and enjoying it. If you, your pets or your housekeeper cause any damage, we will repair it.
