Warranty coverage is confirmed in writing before work begins. A Limited Lifetime Labour Warranty may apply to qualifying carpet supply-and-install projects, subject to the written terms, conditions and exclusions. Hard-surface installation and repair coverage is confirmed for each project.

What is covered, and how
Up to 1 year labour
Luxury vinyl, laminate and engineered hardwood installations may include up to a one-year labour warranty, as specified in your written project terms.
Case by case
Warranty availability and coverage for patching, seam work and re-stretching depend on the project. Any coverage or limitations are explained before approval; some repairs may not include a warranty.
