Stouffville Road is being resurfaced and upgraded through October.
York Region's 2026 work covers Stouffville Road from west of Woodbine Avenue to west of Highway 48. The project includes paving, intersection work, culvert repairs and guiderail updates, with temporary lane closures during construction.
Public Projects & Community UpdatesUnder construction
Holland Landing's Yonge Street has final road work scheduled October 14 to 22.
The Town schedules grinding, base repair and paving between Mount Albert Road and Dutch Settlers Court. Temporary road and lane closures are planned on weekdays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., from October 14 to 22; the road is expected to reopen each night, with local access maintained. Remaining project work is expected to finish in late 2026.

King-Jane Business Park has broken ground in King City.
King Township reported a September 3 groundbreaking at the business park. LG Electronics Canada plans to occupy nearly one million square feet across two buildings. The Township expects the five-building site to reach full occupancy by 2030.
